The Mobile Video System (MVS) enables transmission of the composite color or black and white television signal to the vehicle roving the perimeter of the facility. The MVS allows the roving patrol instant analysis of the video signal from a perimeter or other surveillance camera, reducing the time for evaluating an alarm situation.

The MVS features a high quality radio-connected video communications link and television display monitor for vehicle mounting. Video signals sent to the MVS transmitter from the facility Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System are relayed to the vehicle by the radio link and displayed in the vehicle.

VIDEO DISPLAY FOR THE ROVING PATROL

Each system must be custom engineered to the facility to ensure quality video display at all important locations where the roving patrol is normally operating. In general, a line-of-site, or near line-of-site radio path is required from the MVS transmitter to the roving vehicle(s) operating area. Please contact our engineering department to obtain exact system requirements for your facility.
